Adjustment to loss, grief, and major life transitions

Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping families build resilience and healthier patterns moving forward.

Mediation
Mediation is a confidential process designed to help parents resolve disagreements without escalating conflict or returning immediately to court. Tracy serves as a neutral facilitator who helps parents clarify concerns, communicate more effectively, and work toward agreements regarding parenting time, decision-making responsibilities, and other child-related matters.

The number of hours varies depending on the complexity of the case; some mediations resolve in a few hours while others require multiple sessions.

Supervised Parenting Time
Tracy offers supervised parenting time for families in transition, whether court-ordered or agreed upon by the parties. Parenting time may take place in the child’s home or in the community, allowing parents and children to spend meaningful time together while maintaining structure, safety, and emotional support. The focus remains on the well-being of the child, supporting positive interaction, and helping relationships develop or stabilize in a safe environment.

Individualized Parenting & Co-Parenting Support / Therapeutic Parenting Coaching
Parenting can be incredibly challenging, especially in times of stress, conflict, or transition. Tracy provides individualized parent coaching designed to support parents in real-life situations—both in the home and through ongoing therapeutic support. Work may include skill-building, strengthening emotional attunement, improving consistency and follow-through, and supporting healthier co-parenting dynamics.

Parental Responsibilities Evaluation (PRE)
A PRE is a comprehensive family evaluation intended to help the court understand what parenting arrangements best support the psychological, emotional, and developmental needs of the child. This process typically includes clinical interviews, parent–child observations, collateral contacts, review of records, psychological testing, and a detailed written report to the court.

A PRE is generally used in high-conflict or complex cases where a deeper level of assessment is needed. PREs must be court-ordered and typically take place over several months, with a significant number of professional hours dedicated to the case.

Parenting Coordinator / Decision-Maker (PC/DM)
As a Parenting Coordinator, Tracy helps parents reduce conflict, improve communication, and better implement their parenting plans. Sessions may occur as needed—ranging from more frequent contact in times of difficulty to occasional follow-ups as situations stabilize.

When appointed as a Decision-Maker (with court authorization and parental agreement), Tracy may make limited, binding decisions intended to clarify or help implement existing court orders while supporting the child’s best interests. PC and PC/DM appointments are court-ordered and typically last up to two years.

Consultation
Consultation is available for parents, attorneys, schools, and other professionals seeking guidance related to complex family dynamics, parenting concerns, court-involved issues, or child and adolescent well-being. Sessions can be one-time or ongoing depending on the need.
